Here at Beautiful You in Margate on the Redcliffe Peninsula we are passionate about encouraging women to take time out to focus on themselves. We know how you look on the outside affects how you feel on the inside, and when you feel amazing, you can achieve anything. Your mindset has everything to do with success!
We get that at certain times in our lives it can be hard to put ourselves first. We are here to remind you that you need to take care of yourself first in order to look after those around you and so you can live your best life.

Toni, Director and Founder of Beautiful You
Toni has been living and breathing hair and beauty ever since she left school. Toni has two teenage girls, and as a business owner juggling motherhood and work she understands the challenges many of her customers face.
Born and bred in Redcliffe on Brisbane’s northside, Toni’s passion is community. Not only is she an active member of the local community, but she is also an activist for Destiny Rescue – a non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing children trapped in the sex trade. Her work with this organisation has seen her visit Cambodia to provide training and deliver much-needed training supplies to girls who are trying to begin a career in hairdressing to give them a safe way to earn money. She has more trips and fundraising ideas planned so that Beautiful You can continue to support those in need.

Fun facts: Toni always starts her day with a large, strong coffee. She loves to create quilts when she gets spare time. Her latest beauty obsessions are Payot masks, especially the Raspberry Enzyme Mask, and Kérastase Hair Rituals.
Sam
Manager, Senior Stylist, Makeup Artist
Sam is Toni’s right hand! Having been an integral part of the Beautiful You team for over nine years, Sam has worked her way up to this senior role not only through dedication, skill, and ongoing hard work but also through her commitment to delivering an exceptional experience to her clients every time.
Her dedication to the community (both far and wide) shines through, whether that is with the locals of Redcliffe or further afield supporting and coaching disadvantaged women through her work with Beautiful You Training Ministries and Destiny Rescue in Cambodia.
She encourages and motivates her team to continue their self-development and learning, and she leads by example with passion and purpose. Sam loves welcoming clients into the salon as she sees it as a family welcoming in guests.
She has the ultimate knack for putting people at ease and making them feel at home, and when you book an appointment with her you know you’re going to leave with incredible hair!
Fun facts: Sam can always be found wearing eye-catching hair colours and fun nail designs. She adores Asian cuisine and loves a good skincare mask. Sam loves her cats, Pebbles, and Katsu.
Bree
Emerging Stylist
Bree is like a sponge, sucking up all of the teachings and inspiration in the salon. She is excited about her career at Beautiful You and is dedicated to improving and growing her mindset just as much as she is focused on developing and learning as a stylist.
Fun facts: Bree loves to explore outdoors four-wheel driving. She is an animal lover.
Yu
Head of Spa, Dermal Therapist
Yu is incredibly experienced in skin and gut health. Yu is our facial queen and her magic hands sparkle relaxation and calm over all her clients.
This lady really knows her stuff and is your go-to therapist for problematic skin or you just want to look younger and fresh.
Yu is a wonderful Mum to two teenagers and two fur babies Archie and Cleo, two adorable French bulldogs.
Fun facts: She is fun-loving, caring, and loves a good giggle.
Jasmine
Senior Stylist/Makeup Artist
Jasmine loves honing her skills across all areas in the salon including cutting and colouring. However, what she loves most is creating a hair journey with her clients and prescribing the best home care regime to help her clients achieve their hair dreams.
This is where she can let her deep knowledge shine through by educating her clients on the best way to take care of their scalp and hair. Plus she enjoys the reward of seeing how thrilled clients are with their new look.
Jasmine is client-focused and enjoys sitting down with clients to plan their hair dreams and let her clients feel heard and understood.
Fun facts: Jasmine is a true-crime junkie and can usually be found watching Netflix docs. She loves family days on the beach, baking, and watching a good Hollywood action movie.
Elly
Senior Stylist
Elly is a total hair rock star and loves learning! She’s a total blonde queen who loves transforming her client's hair from drab to fab.
She is a foil queen and loves creating soft lived-in blonde looks for her clients. She takes care of all her clients that come through to achieve their hair dreams 💆🏻♀️
Fun facts: She loves her puppy Indy and driving around in her little red beep beep. On holidays you will find her camping and enjoying the outdoors.
Saraya
Beauty and Spa Therapist
Saraya is passionate about wellness and being kind to yourself. She thrives on making our guests feel pampered and amazing inside and out. If you want a dreamy relaxing spa experience Saraya is your girl.
With the most stunning facial massages and customised facials, Saraya is a true gift to the Beautiful You.
She is a mum to 2 puppies and loves going on new adventures and exploring new places, and people.
Fun fact: Saraya is obsessed with her car, is a gymnast, and as much as she tries to she just cannot whistle.

Our Management team, Toni Sam and Yu have an open communication policy - we see you and want you to only ever leave our salon 100% happy and feeling loved.
