She walks you through how to double cleanse your skin, how to exfoliate your face and how to apply eye cream and face serum before you go to bed at night. It covers everything you need to have clean and clear skin every day.

How to double cleanse your skin
Take a pea-sized blob of the Image Ageless Cleanser in your hands and lather it in your fingers. Dot it onto your face and then begin rubbing it in. Work it into your skin with your fingertips using a circular motion.
You can do this for around 30 seconds for your first cleanse. Don’t forget to pay special attention to your nose, chin and T zone.
Next, grab a damp wash cloth and wipe it off.
Double cleansing just means you cleanse your skin twice. The first face cleanser removes the day’s make up, sunscreen and dirt and the second one gives your skin a much deeper cleanse.
Apply the cleanser to your skin again. This time spend more time working it in as this will make your skin clean and fresh. Rinse off the cleanser with a damp cloth or in the shower.
How to exfoliate
When you’ve cleansed, dry off your skin by patting it gently with a towel as you need to exfoliate with dry skin as this gives a better result.
Melita recommends using the Image Ageless Total Resurfacing Mask. Squirt a 5c sized blob into your fingers and dab it across your T zone. Work it in with your fingertips, taking care to focus on areas like your nose, chin and forehead while spreading it all over your face.
You can leave this on for half an hour as a facemask if you like as it has anti-aging benefits. When you’re ready, wash the exfoliant off with a damp wash cloth.
How to apply eye cream, serum and night cream
Next, it’s time to apply your eye cream. Put a tiny amount on your ring finger, tap it across to the opposite finger so both have cream on and then gently dot it around the eye area. Start from under the corner of your eye and work to the outside. If you have any cream left over, you can apply this around your lips.
With the eye cream applied, it’s time to put your serum on. Serum always goes on before moisturiser as it is made up of smaller molecules. A pea-sized amount is enough. You apply it to your face with your fingertips and work it in. Don’t rub it in for too long – let it soak in and let it dry.
To moisturise, start with a pea-sized amount of your face moisturiser on your finger and come back for more if your skin is feeling particularly dry. Spread it all over your face and don’t forget to include your neck as well.
How to get soft lips
The final step to your daily skincare routine is to finish with Image Balancing Lip Enhancing Complex to give your lips volume, keep them super soft and reduce fine lines.
