Join the Beautiful You Team
Love what you do. Be valued for it.
At Beautiful You Hair Co, we believe great hairdressers deserve a workplace where they feel valued, supported and rewarded for the work they do.
We're an established salon located close to the beautiful Margate beachfront on the Redcliffe Peninsula, with a loyal client base, a supportive team and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional salon experience.
As we continue to grow, we're always interested in hearing from talented hairdressers who might be the right fit for our team.
Why work at Beautiful You?
We want Beautiful You to be somewhere you genuinely enjoy coming to work.
For our experienced Senior Stylists, we offer:
Your talent should be rewarded!
We recognise that an experienced stylist brings much more to a salon than simply completing services.
Building relationships with clients, providing exceptional consultations, recommending the right home haircare, retaining clients and consistently delivering beautiful results all contribute to the success of the salon.
That's why our Senior Stylists can earn above Award wages, with additional bonus opportunities designed to recognise and reward strong performance.
We want our team to share in the success they help create.
A salon where you can build your clientele
Beautiful You has been part of the local community for more than 16 years, giving our team the advantage of working within an established salon with an existing client base.
We continue to invest in the salon, our team, our systems and our marketing to attract new clients and provide opportunities for our stylists to build strong, loyal columns.
Our philosophy is simple - when our stylists grow, Beautiful You grows with them.
We're looking for people who care
Technical ability is important, but so is the way you make people feel.
We're looking for hairdressers who take pride in their work, enjoy connecting with clients and genuinely care about creating a great experience.
You might be a great fit for Beautiful You if you:
Senior Hairdressers
If you're an experienced Senior Hairdresser looking for a change, we'd particularly love to hear from you.
Whether you already have an established clientele or you're looking for a salon where you can build one, we're happy to have a confidential conversation about what you're looking for from your next role.
Above Award rates and bonus opportunities are available for experienced Senior Stylists.
Not looking right now?
That's okay too.
Sometimes the right opportunity comes along before you were planning to make a change.
If you love the sound of Beautiful You but aren't quite ready to move, you're still welcome to introduce yourself. Any conversation will be treated confidentially.
Come and meet us
Sometimes you can't tell whether a salon is right for you from a job advertisement or website.
Come in, meet the team, see the salon and have a relaxed, confidential chat about what working at Beautiful You could look like.
